Mô tả công việc

- Working closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
- Research and build new talent acquisition tools/ ideas to remain on the sustainability recruitment.
- Coordinate with Head Department to build Job description/ KPI/ Test for each position, update, and change.
- Build potential candidate bank, work, and maintain good relationships with different recruitment channels and headhunt firms to get good recruitment services, and qualified candidates.
- Designing, planning, and executing recruitment and selection processes (e.g. screen CV and conduct interviews, administer tests (if any), offers, onboarding, coordinate with Hiring manager to build & evaluate a probationary program, etc).
- Provide recruitment status reports to Manager and analyze recruitment metrics, developing action plans based on results.
- Performing employee satisfaction assessments and workshops and recommending measures to improve employee retention.
- Planning procedures for enhancing the candidate experience.
- All other duties as required by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar field.
- Minimum of 04 years full cycle recruitment at company size at least 200 employees (in FMCG companies preferred).
- Ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively to problem solve and effectively communicate possible solutions and improvements to programs, processes, and initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building skills within the department, across departments, and externally.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service attitude .
- Positive, professional disposition and flexibility to handle regular interruptions and unexpected changes to workflow.
- Foreign Language: Preferred if having a good command of English (specially in writing).

 

* Benefit: 

- Gross salary: VND 20 mil - 27 mil.
- Bonus: 13th-month salary bonus guaranteed; Twice a year.
