The Supply Chain Management Specialist manages product flow from suppliers to warehouses, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery. The role includes handling logistics, orders, inventory, and repacking.

Responsibilities:

- Manage final product and package materials with operation and transportation: including POs, Delivery order, manage transportation to Hanoi, Danang warehouse. 
- Develop and monitor dispatch plans to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.. 
- Manage Purchase Order to suppliers of raw, package material and delivery schedule. 
- Manage inventories of final product and materials, including stock levels, shelf-life, expiry date of final product and controlling warehousing cost.
- Make Delivery Order to warehouse operation, transportation cost of shipping. 
- Optimize delivery routes and control logistics costs to improve efficiency
- Processing daily POs from distributor and coordinate with transportation company for shipping.
- Make re-packing plan (until Aug-Sep 2025)
- Host weekly Sales & Manufacturing coordination meetings to align demand and supply plans.
- Prepare Daily Inventory Reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations within FMCG companies or Manufacturing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and with suppliers. Have reporting skills and ability to manage unexpected issues effectively
