- General logistics warehouse operations and management.
- Management of building facilities and material handling.
- Progress management of the entire operation.
- Troubleshooting (emergency and permanent).
- Labor management (worker management).

- At least 2 years of experience in general logistics warehouse and management (able to manage tasks using PDCA).
- Able to report, communicate and discuss in 5W1H.
- Able to promote and manage 5S and improvement activities.
- Able to use PC smoothly.
- Experience in using WMS（Warehouse Management System）.
- Confirmation required incase if it is accompanying PMS（Productivity Management System）.
- Forklift driving license.
- Vietnamese and English (direct conversation, interpretation, email) for internal and external use.
- At least 1 year of experience working for a Japanese company
