- Cooking instructions (recipes are sent from Japan).
- Staff recruitment and training.
- Management of foodstuffs and sanitation.
- Kitchen staff will be 20 people.
- Essential Requirements; Sous-chef experience.
- The candidate can grill steak.
- Knowledge of food ingredients and sanitation.
- Ability to communicate in English or Japanese is a plus.
- Experience in western food is a plus.
