- Propose solutions to solve issues faced by customers (propose measures for effective use of systems, customize systems).
- Provide solutions to system issues that arise in the customer's environment.
- Creating reports for each customer using Web API.
- Define requirements in the planning/development phase of new functions.
- Provide technical support to sales.

- English business level. Ability to communicate with internal and external parties.
- More than 5 years of experience working as a solution engineer in system sales for the manufacturing industry.
- 5+ years of experience in web-based system development.
- Ability to listen to customer requirements and define system requirements.
- Experience in project management.
- IoT system development experience.
- Experience in data analysis.
- PowerQuery, Google Apps Script development experience.
