The Site Engineer (Solar Power) will oversee the on-site management and execution of solar power construction projects. This role involves ensuring that all construction processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. 

Responsibilities:​

- On-site construction management (process management, safety management, etc.)
- Management of workers at local partner companies (about 10 people)
- Interact with Japanese main contractors and report creation (actual communication is between Vietnamese staff)
- We are a company that installs  roof-mounted PV power generation

<Buildings/ Construction areas>
- Japanese shopping mall, factories, etc...
- All over Vietnam (around Hanoi, Da Nang, HCMC)

- Site engineer experience in the solar power generation industry: 3 to 4 years (level capable of managing the site alone)
- English: A level that ability to create reports and interact with Japanese people in the company
- Those who can go on business trips all over Vietnam (business trip period: about 3 months ~)
