  • Operating, monitoring repair activities of service station.
  • Receiving and handling customer requests and complaints.
  • Arrangement and coordination the proper working schedule to ensure efficient service operation.
  • Measurement, analysis, proposing solutions and processes to improve service station operations.
  • Planning, implementing, evaluating and offering solutions to improve customer care activities.
  • Proposing proper promotion program to increase turnover of service station as well as complete monthly service and spare targets.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by your manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male/ 25-35 years old.
  • Graduated college major in dynamic mechanics and above.
  • Good at English, MS office.
  • Have experience in repair service management.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Management skill.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
