We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing industrial machinery and robots, specifically company products, at client sites.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and robots at client locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
- Collaborate with clients, including Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Taiwanese companies, to understand and address their service needs.
- Participate in annual training programs in Japan to stay updated on the latest technologies and service techniques.
- Major in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level (Graduated from Bach Khoa University/Su Pham Ky Thuat)
- Living permanently/temporarily in the HCM area.
- English speaking/listening/writing intermediate or above: (communicate with Japanese Managers, training in Japan)
- Experience: 1 - 5 years (Service engineer experience)
