The Senior IT Communicator plays a crucial role in bridging communication between the IT development division and various stakeholders by providing expert translation and interpretation services.
Responsibilities:
- Translate the specifications, work discussions via chat channels, proposals, etc. from the IT development division (Japanese ⇔ English/Vietnamese).
- Interpret at the project team meetings and in-house/external meetings (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese).
- Control the expected value from stakeholders
- In charge as Facilitator’ role of the meeting (Training on job)
- Good at problem analysis, have a continuous improvement mindset
- 4+ years experienced as IT Communicator (with JLPT N2 or higher)
- Good teamwork and willing to handle non-project tasks
