The Senior Construction Executive / Assistant Construction Manager will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring successful execution from design to completion. This role involves supervising general construction activities on-site, managing schedules, budgets, and contracts, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- General construction project site supervision work as a developer.
- Design supervision (Technical Design, Construction Design stage), schedule management, budget management, bidding management, contract management, construction supervision (quality control, safety management), etc.
- Construction project related work among the development work performed by the developer.
- Preparation of various documents, preparation of reports, confirmation of construction drawings (CAD data) and guidance and advice on alternative plans.
- Communication with project team members, participation in project meetings (internal and external designers, contractors, various consultants, business partners, etc.)
- Languages are English and Vietnamese.
- Vietnamese (regardless of gender).
- Business level English.
- Age: Approximately 30 years old or older.
- Years of experience: 8 years or more in the construction industry.
- Required experience: Previously employed at a real estate developer or general contractor, with experience in project management (PM) or construction management (CM)
- * Experience in construction-related site supervision is not required, but rather experience in facility-related site supervision.
- Education: University graduate or college graduate related to architectural technology.
- Skills/qualifications: Project manager qualification, construction manager qualification, basic PC skills.
- Other: We welcome and prioritize those with experience in on-site construction management at a general contractor.

- Bonus: Approximately 1.5 months salary.

- Working hours: Weekdays 8:00-17:00 (Lunch break 12:00-13:00)
- Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (based on the Vietnamese calendar)
- Overtime pay: Paid.
- Trial period: 60 days.
