- Sales to new companies: As soon as we obtain information on a new company entering the Vietnamese market, we contact the company and meet with the customer to introduce our company and the various non-life insurance policies considered necessary for companies entering the market.
- Sales to existing customers: We regularly visit existing customers to understand their business/risk profile and provide them with information on the insurance policies they may need. We also perform renewal procedures for existing insurance policies at maturity. Most of the work (more than 90%) is here.
- In the event of an accident, we follow up as necessary in cooperation with the Accident Department.
- Provide various disaster prevention materials and information, etc. by e-mail.
- Request and manage premium payments to customers.
- Coordination with underwriting and HR departments, MSI head office, and other related departments.
- Reporting and communications, etc.

- Japanese: N2 or N1 certified.
- English: Intermediate ( English is the official language of the company, you will need to be able to read, write, speak, and listen to English to some extent).
- At least 2 years of working experience (sales experience is best).
- Honest, cheerful, and curious, and who are willing to work with us for as long as possible.
