The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for developing the Traditional Trade (TT) market through effective collaboration with contracted TT distributors. This role involves managing and coaching a team of Senior Sales Representatives and Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets, identifying opportunities for market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Developing TT(GT) market with contracted TT(GT) distributors
- Managing and coaching TT Senior sales representatives and Sales Representatives.
- Identifying issues for expanding sales.
- Managing stock at distributors and make plan for next orders.
- Gathering information from competitors
- Planning and implementation of promotions aimed at expanding sales.
