Sales Staff supports business development in construction projects by assisting Japanese managers, preparing proposals, and managing client communication. The role also involves handling quotations, tender documents, and other sales tasks to promote company growth.

* Responsibilities:

- New business development in construction projects.
- Sales activities by accompanying Japanese managers to client visits.
- Tender-related tasks
└ Collecting and reviewing quotations from subcontractors.
└ Preparing proposal materials and tender documents.
- Other tasks related to sales activities, as instructed by Japanese managers.

- Sales experience in the construction industry.
(In addition to experience at a construction company, such as, experience at a construction materials supplier is also acceptable, as long as you have the candidate has technical knowledge of construction.)
- English: Intermediate level (sufficient for internal communication)

* Preferred Skills:
- Work experience at a Japanese general contractor is highly advantageous.
- Graduated from a technical university, and preferably with experience as a site engineer too.
- Japanese language skills.
