- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and production lines
- Be excellent at communication with costumers by phone, via mail or in personal meeting
- Look for customer database; Make daily customer report and weekly report
- Cooperate with customers and production team to follow up the sample production progress and all issues
related to product quality
- Solve arising problems relative to issues belongs to sales
- Perform other related duties when required

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good command of English
- Analysis and Problem-Solving skills, Strong negotiation & communication skills;
- Having sales experience in Korean/Japanese manufacturing companies is a plus
- High responsibility
