We are seeking a Sales staff to join our team. The candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, facilitating communication and coordination across sales, quality control, and production control functions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with existing customers regularly through email and phone to understand and meet their needs.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations in response to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with quality control and production departments to prepare detailed reports on product quality for customer review.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Interpretation at customer meetings ( in case of applicant ability)
