Sales Staff develops new clients through prospecting, meetings, and proposals while supporting training projects. The role also involves coordinating meetings, translating materials, interpreting.

* Responsibilities:

- Developing new clients (creating prospect lists, cold calling, conducting client meetings)
- Preparing proposals and attending related meetings.
- Coordinating meetings for project implementation.
- Translating training materials and interpreting between trainers and clients.
- Attending and supporting during training sessions.
- Preparing post-project reports and making proposals for future training sessions.

 

Yêu cầu công việc

[Work Experience]
- Minimum 3 years of working experience (industry and job type not specified)
- Experience in B2B client support or sales.

[Hard Skills]
- Japanese upper N2 level or above.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office.

[Soft Skills – Important]
- Cheerful, positive, and energetic personality.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
- Ambition to improve personal market value and a desire to work in a performance-based environment.
- Willingness to engage in new business development.

* Preferred Skills:

- Graduated from a four-year university in Japan.
- Work experience in Japan or experience working under a Japanese manager.
- Experience handling non-physical products or services.
