We is looking for a Sales Staff to boost sales by finding new clients, promoting products, and maintaining good relationships with existing customers. 

Responsibilities:​

- Identify and establish new customer relationships.
- Promote and sell the company’s products/services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Participating in team meetings and sales training

<Company information>
- Products: MITSUI grinding stones, popular grinding stones CBN, DIA. Cutting oil, grinding oil, anti-rust oil, detergent, paint booth cleaner (NEOS). Soldering tips, solder (DURATIP).
- Clients: Mostly Japanese companies.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College/University graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or sales engineering.
- Must be able to attend a internal meeting in English or Japanese. (Intermediate)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Dynamic, able to work independently
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
