We are seeking a Sales Staff member to join our team. The candidate will focus on securing orders for construction projects, including factories and warehouses, from both Japanese and local companies. The role involves extensive information gathering, relationship building, and translation tasks to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.

Responsibilities:

- Secure orders for construction projects by engaging with Japanese and local companies.
  - Conduct sales visits to Japanese companies alongside a Japanese manager.
- Gather critical information through interactions with Vietnamese contacts at industrial parks, government offices, and real estate companies.
- Identify and obtain information that will lead to new orders.
- Survey Vietnamese real estate development projects and new projects.
- Translate project specifications from Japanese to Vietnamese.

- Japanese N2 or above (for translation work)
- Experience working in the construction industry
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales
- Have a wealth of connections in the construction industry is plus.
