Sales Position (including production management)

Sales Position is responsible for manage the production of fabric, overseeing the entire process from order receipt, quality control, logistics coordination, to inventory management, and assisting in material development.

* Description:

1. Production and Supply Chain Management:

- Manage the production of fabric, from order receipt to shipment.

- Oversee delivery schedules and quality control at fabric production factories in Vietnam.

- Coordinate delivery timelines with sewing factories in both Vietnam and Indonesia.

- Manage inventory and handle logistics-related tasks.

2. Technical and Development Tasks:

- Arrange for fabric test data.

- Engage in material development.

3. Planning, Reporting, and Communication:

- Create delivery schedules and input production information into our system.

- Forecast monthly sales performance.

- Communicate via email with our head office in Japan (English proficiency is a plus).

Option 1 (Japanese):

- Required Experience: Production management experience.

- Language Skills (First Priority):

• Japanese: N3 or N2 level (Speaking proficiency is preferred).
• English: Reading and writing proficiency (for professional correspondence).

- Other Skills: University degree (preferably in a relevant field like Textiles or Supply Chain).

Option 2 (English):

- Required Experience: Production management experience.

- Language Skills:

• English: Upper intermediate level (fluent speaking, reading, and writing for professional communication).

- Other Skills: University degree (preferably in a relevant field like Textiles or Supply Chain).
