- You will be responsible for the following tasks at a company that sells high-end Japanese cosmetics at retail.
<Main Responsibilities>
- Creation and execution of sales plan.
- Sales management for each sales channel (stores, online, direct sales, agents).
- Collaborate with the marketing department to strengthen brand position to expand existing and new customers.
- Management of sales staff.
- Interaction with Japan head office.
- Experience as a store area manager at a high-end consumer goods brand: Above 3 years (e.g. the products for wealthy people sold at department stores).
- English: Ability to communicate with the Japanese head office.
- Experience and knowledge of online sales is a plus (Lazada, ByteDance, etc.) is plus.
