- Setting the Sales strategy B2B & B2C with Japanese management
- Operating Sales based on Strategy for selling company products
- Trying to hit the company sales target (monthly & yearly)
- Building up and developing the strong sales team
- Training and following up on the team
- Making a good relationship with clients and get contracts and orders
- Teaming up with Marketing team to raise revenue
- Managing MKT task for Offline channel
- Bachelor in the University/College with major is Business or related
- Having at least 5 years of exp. in Home Appliances, within 3 years in Manager level
- Having good experience at both of Offline (70%) & Online (30%) channels
- Business level in English
- Good personality, strong responsibility, and commitment to create new sales team and company
- Patient with sales even if the brand has not grown yet
- Properly hire and educate subordinates
