Lead and oversee B2B sales operations to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role involves managing a professional sales team, optimizing the distributor network, and managing high-value industrial projects or key accounts.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new distributors and customers in the Southern Vietnam market and take responsibility for sales and profit performance in line with targets.
- Plan and execute business development activities, including customer visits, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and provide onboarding support for newly acquired customers or distributors.
- Collaborate with the head office’s sales, operation, and technical teams to ensure proper proposal preparation, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.
- Carry out business development activities independently under a remote working arrangement in the Southern Vietnam market.
- Provide regular reports in the CRM system on sales activities, pipeline progress, achievement of sales and profit targets, and insights on market trends and customer needs.
