The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring the timely submission and approval of quotations, and overseeing the delivery process to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact with customer :
- Get confirmed P/O, P/O, Forecast , average consumption Quantity from customer and pass to all related sections by Email.
- Submit quotation and get approval from customer.
- Negotiate with customer when happen changing delivery, over capacity,…
2. Make PSI basing on customer’s order information and stock date, then pass information to all related sections.
3. Make quotation and control submitted quotation to customer.
- Collect all data to make quotation
- Submit Quotation to customer on time
- Negotiate with customer and get approval for quotation
4. Prepare shipping document
- Make shipping document for delivery on schedule from customer and pass information to FGs group & QA Group.
- Pass Delivery Order schedule to related sections. Follow up process issuing red invoice with accountant.
5. Follow up delivery schedule tightly to meet customer’s requirement.
- Understand about Sales activities especially sales for production activity.
- Understand about Trade condition, Incoterms and business contract.
- Have ability of negotiation skill as well as communication skill.
- Have analysis and evaluation skill.
- Ability to make decision.
- Fluently in Microsoft office skill especially exactly calculating by Excel.
- Basic English communication.
