Mô tả công việc

- Be in charge of daily operations of account management: analyze customer incidents, resolve problems, answer the technical inquiry.
- Understand and update about portfolios: CAD/CAM/CAE software and services, features and scope of application of each product,
Prepare Sales plans for the portfolios (CAD/CAM/CAE software) and execute the plan.
- Approach and acquire new customers for portfolios.
- Generate new prospects and follow up these prospects tightly until WIN.
- Follow required documentation job (quotation, delivery note, sales contract, and invoice, etc.) and collect full payment from customers without delay.
- Support Marketing to raise brand awareness: create fan page content, organize webinar/seminar, design proposal, leaflet.
- Cooperate with foreign partners in order to expand the market, update the sales situation, new software information and other sales campaigns.
- Prepare/submit sales report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly to Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree of the University of Economics, business administration, or relevant majors.
- At least 5-year Sales experience in the Software or Technical field.
- Good communication skill in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Technical Sales skill, Market development skill.
- Strong analytical and planning skill.
- Ability to work independently as well as in the Team environment.
- Logical thinking, good skills in communication and presentation.
- Understanding the relating industries situation in order to define the target markets.
- Having working experiences in the foreign company, especially for Japanese Company.
- Working or studying experience overseas.
