Sales Assistant (Chinese Speaker)

You will be responsible for the following tasks at the manufacturing company selling plastic colorants as below.

* Responsibilities:
- Handle current customers' requirements (quotation, delivery, new product, pallet, ISO...)
- New sales development to Chinese companies (support for Japanese sales staff in interpretation)
- Cooperate with other Departments for related job
- Prepare Daily, monthly report
- Handle SAP system (update new customers, price...)
- Other works from superior

<Business Overviews>
- Products: Plastic colorants, plastic compounds
- End-usesr: Japanese OA equipment companies
- Clients: Japanese (currently)
- Areas: Mainly northern regions (Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, etc...)

1. Meet the following two requirements:
- Chinese (ability to communicate and interpretation with Chinese people)
- Japanese or English (internal communication and reading&writing email level)

2. Skills
- Communication, presentation, negotiation.
- Adaptability, team work.
- Trouble shooting & decision-making.
