We are seeking a Sales to Management and operation our domestic sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing sales operations while developing and leading a sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Management and operation of domestic sales activities (planning, AP execution, progress management, etc.)
- Management and development of domestic sales team.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers (especially with those in the marine products industry)
- Develop new customers and expand sales channels (expand sales channels by acquiring customers outside the marine products industry)
- Promote smooth sales activities through cooperation with other departments (sales administration, logistics, etc.)
- Support for sales manager and regular activity reporting (progress management, effectiveness measurement, improvement proposals, etc.)
