A Japanese pharmaceutical company specializing in import and export of nutritional health products and medical equipment recruits the position of Regional Sales Manager.
Main Job Purpose:
- Introduce company’s product to customers in the assigned territory: HCM Region
- Achieve the sales target and win tenders
- Ensure the sustainable growth
- Good knowledge in sales market & competitors.

Job responsibilities:
A. Territory management
1. Sales performance
- Achieve the sales target Quarterly and Yearly
- Implement marketing strategies & action plan for the assigned territories.
- Propose developing plan for assigned territories
- Build up & develop good relationship with customers (Hospitals, Clinic,
Insurance, SOH, DAV…)
- Set sales target, KPI for individual and monitor performance
- Control expenses aligned with approved annual budget effectively.
- Cooperate with other department for solving any issue in the territories
2. Tenders
- Ensure to win current tenders with higher quota
- Develop new tender (new products/new hospitals) yearly
3. Others
- Submit monthly report to direct manager with content and time as regulation
- Plan business travel schedule
- Additional assigned tasks by BOD
B. People management
- Supervise the Medical Representatives to ensure adherence to working plan.
- Co-operate with other departments to recruit, motivate, train the team
- Coach team about territory management, communication skill, product knowledge -
develop, manage team to achieve their performance
C. Compliance
- Ensure the promotion activities align with company policy and regulations.
