R&D Laboratory Manager leads research and development for coffee, tea, and functional food additives to drive new business growth.
* Responsibilities:
- Contribute to our new business development with sufficient knowledge and experiences of R&D jobs.
- Product development for new business (mainly coffee products)
- Process and Technology research and development for new business (mainly coffee, tea, functional food additives)
- Our business clients are not located in Vietnam. Therefore, it requires knowledge and ability to respond to needs around the world.
- University Graduated, major in related science.
- 5+ years of experience in R&D related to Food processsing. - Desirable.
- Study abroad experience - Desirable.
* Knowledge
- Must knowledge of food (desirable coffee, or extraction food products) processing technology (e.g. extraction, aroma recovery, spray dry, freeze dry).
- Must knowledge food safe, protect, hygiene management.
- Must knowledge of global starndard, food regulation.
* Skills
- Must English (Internal & External communication is English)
- Research and Development skills (not QC experience)
- Working experience in overseas as R&D - Desirable.
