Quality Control Staff is responsible for ensuring product quality by acting as the main contact between the factory and customers. This role involves receiving and sharing customer requirements, handling quality issues, supporting audits, and conducting product reliability testing.
* Responsibilities:
- Communication window between factory and customer: receiving information from customers about product specifications, inquiries, quality information,... and deploying to related section.
- Cooperate with related section for quality claim correspondents, summarize, summarize and report to customer
- Preparing for customer audit: planning, patrolling and monitoring
- Using Minitab for characteristic reliability testing and reporting to customer
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
