We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting quantity survey work based on electrical equipment drawings provided by our Japan (JP) head office. This role involves precise data input in Excel, consistent interaction with the JP head office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quantity survey work based on electrical equipment drawings from the JP head office.
- Accurately input survey data into Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with the JP head office to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Assist in the construction projects of electrical equipment and air conditioning systems, focusing on components such as lighting, outlets, cables, and other related parts.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
