QC in the Apparel Department

We are seeking a Quality Control to join our sewing factory team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all apparel products meet the high standards of our main customer.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished garments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards in line with customer requirements.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality protocols and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Japanese (For internal communication)
- Chinese (For internal communication)
└It's not mandatory, but since the factory is Chinese capital, if you could speak it, Chinese skill would be useful
