The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance with industry regulations. The QC supervisor will oversee the preparation and submission of reports, handle customer inquiries regarding defects, and ensure the successful execution of quality control processes.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation and submission of reports to customers.
- Customer communication and response in case of defects.
- Preparation of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
- Compilation and reporting of quality control data.
- Handling external audits for ISO and ESD.
- Coordination with relevant departments.
- Ability to propose improvements for maintaining quality control.
- Management of 4 employees of the department.

- English(Advanced); speaking, writing for report making.
- Over 5 years experience in Quality Control.
- Experience of management of team member.
- Have knowledge on ISO9001 and ESD(Electrostatic Discharge)
- 30-40s.
- Be able to commute by him/herself  or reach the pick-up point.
