We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Staff member to oversee project management related to OEM production of business shirts. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability of necessary materials, monitor production progress, and maintain effective communication with the Japanese head office and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage OEM production projects for business shirts, ensuring all processes align with quality standards.
- Regularly check inventory levels to confirm the availability of cloth and other essential materials.
- Identify and report any material deficiencies promptly to the Japanese head office or directly to the Japanese customer, primarily via email.
- Monitor and follow up on production progress to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Verify and confirm delivery dates to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
