We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards of our products by conducting thorough inspections at our cooperating manufacturers. 

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of ordered products at cooperating manufacturers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and manage production processes to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and manage timelines effectively to meet client expectations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.

- At least 3 years of experience in QC of machined or welded parts of steel products.
- Ability to understand drawings of machined parts or welded structures.
- Japanese N3 or English daily conversation level (Japanese preferred).
- Experience working in a Japanese company is plus.
