- Co-ordinate closely with QA/engineers in Mother’s company and suppliers to deployment and monitoring new projects. You will ensure products meet requirements of quality and performance before approving mass production. 
- Summary Quality Report and communicate with QA/engineers team in Mother’s company through regular TV conferences to reporting, solving problems….
- Investigating processes and proposal process improvement ideas to bring benefit for suppliers and company.
- Ensures quality of product/process by measuring, sampling, inspecting, and/or testing various products/equipment.
- Performs sampling inspection of finished product for compliance to specifications; may release for shipment.
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues. 
- Discusses inspection method or defects with those responsible.
- Make plan and carry out audit new suppliers and existing suppliers.
- Participates in and supports continuous improvement projects and events.
- Details will be discussed during interview.

- Male, age from 30 to 40.
- English language (written & spoken) / Good command of Japanese (N2).
- 5 years experience in quality assurance role at a production plant.
- Technical knowledge (Assembly, Mechanical knowledge/experience, ability to reading technical drawing…)
- Understand working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.
- Ability to work under pressure, be willing to follow the assignment, high responsibility.
- Ability to over-sea supporting and working.
- Ability to planning and manage the management of team people and work.
- Possess great vision and be able to actualize it by planning strategically and making sound decisions.
- Honest and willing is better his job.
