The QA/QC Manager is responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This role involves overseeing both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes.
Responsibilities:
- ISO audits and customer audits.
- Discuss and formulate quality standards with customers, and make shipping decisions based on quality standards.
- Understand the results of process inspections (QA), take measures against complaints, and respond to customer audits (QC).
- Years of experience: 10-15 years (QA/QC work experience, audit response practice)
- Japanese: N2
- English: Able to use English on the job
- Gender: Female
- Education: Equivalent to a university degree
- Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company
- Able to manage people and plans
- Familiar with Excel and other PCs

- Experience in the same position in a plastic molding and processing manufacturing company.
- Those who can speak English and Japanese as well.
- Those who have worked with Japanese people for a long time and have always communicated in Japanese.
- Have studied or worked in Japan.
