- Staff management as a team leader
- Provide direction and reporting through communication with Japanese staff and the head office in Japan.

- At least 3 years of experience in quality control in games or IT (software).
- At least 2 years of experience as a leader in a team of 4 or 5 people.
- English or Japanese  (For cooperation with the head office in Japan).
