The QA Group Leader is responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives to enhance internal processes and reduce external customer complaints. This role involves optimizing corrective action reporting, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards across all critical process steps.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal quality enhancement activities to ensure we achieve the goal of reducing external customers.
- Improve the reporting time of corrective actions.
- Continue follow-up on in-process audits, supplier audits, and ensure that identified gaps are closed within the committed timeline.
- Periodically review Non-Conformance reports.
- Conduct effective Non-Conformance reports across all critical process steps.
- Act as a key member and participant in the quality issue system team.
- Conduct specific activities/Process optimization.
- Ensure alignment and promote gap closure for FMEA and Control Plans.
- Continue follow-up on defect detection and prevention activities to ensure corrective measures are effectively implemented/non-reoccurring.
- Other tasks as assigned.
