Responsibilities:
- To source manufacturing materials, goods, products.
- To compare and evaluate suppliers, negotiate the term of contract and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- To input order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal system.
- To manage orders, track and monitor delivery progress as planned.
- To keep update purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- To analyze and evaluate suppliers’ quality periodically.
- Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.

1. Male. University graduate and Japanese reporting, no experience required + allowance.
2. Male. Japanese reporting, Engineering graduate, know how to read mechanical engineering drawings, no experience required + allowance.
