- A digital marketing, SEO, and influencer marketing company is planning to establish an offshore base in Hanoi, Vietnam to develop its own products.
- We are looking for a person who can start up and expand the business in Vietnam with the Hanoi office manager (Japanese) and the development manager (Japanese).
- A bridge between Japanese and Vietnamese.
- Management of Vietnamese engineers. The role is expected to understand the intention of the Japanese headquarters and convey it to the engineers.

- Age: 30s (mid 30s is preferable).
- Japanese: N2 or above (N1 level preferred).
- Experience working in Japan or in a Japanese company in Vietnam.
- Development experience: Java, React, AWS construction and operation, etc. (Experience with agile development methods is desirable).
※Not required to have high development skills, but development experience is required to talk to engineers.
- Management experience: project management, member management.
