- Mainly working with secondment members who assigned to new SPV that our company will establish with consortium partners to proceed LNG to Power project. 
- The role of new recruitment are followings.
- Translation from English to Vietnamese or Vietnamese to English to convey/receive message to/from Vietnamese partners.
- Preparation of necessary documents to explain and discuss with consortium members for negotiating with external partners/authorities. 
- Negotiation with external partners/authorities to develop the project.
- Discussion with consortium members for the company operation
- Study and analysis of lows and regulations related to the project development.
- Sourcing of partners (Building business network, and finding local/international partners)
- Negotiation with potential partners about commercial and legal conditions.
- Vietnam Energy Market Analysis.
- Study and analysis of laws and regulations related to our business.

Hard skill
- English (Fluent business English speaker for presentation/discussion/negotiation).
- Legal knowledge.
- Finance knowledge.
- Engineering knowledge in energy business field.

Soft skill
- Communication skill.
- Logical thinking.

Experience
- Experience of working actual project development as a financial member or legal member.
- Negotiation experiences with central and local governments for infrastructure investments.
