As the Assistant Manager for Production and Inventory Control, you will be responsible for overseeing the general production operations of a metal manufacturing plant, technical guidance, production planning, cost management, and inventory control.
Responsibilities:
- General production control of metal manufacturing plant
- Reporting to the head office in Japan, responding to e-mails and preparing reports
- Providing technical guidance and support to subordinates

- Material procurement and purchasing plan preparation
- Production process and delivery management
- Cost control
- Production cost control
- Cost control (materials, tools) and budget control
- Cost control - Cost control (materials, tools) and budget control - Estimate preparation (including charge for each machine and material cost)
- Order coordination
- Progress and process control
- Proposal of new production control methods
- Inventory control and planning
- Asset management and inventory control
- BOM creation and management (EPE companies)
