- Perform the day-to-day efficient operation of production lines and ensure the stability of lines. 
- Follow leader standard work to pulse critical processes to achieve results .
- Work with engineering team members and manage to track schedules of mass production and trial projects .
- Support other Sections with technical information to solve problems in performance or manufacturing of products .
- Ensure good and smooth communication (via email or other means) to ensure coordination between Engineering Section and other Sections.

- Education: Bachelor or College.
- English: Intermediate or Japanese: N3~
- PC skill: Advanced.
- Experience: Necessary, at lease 3 years of experience as a same position.
- Other qualification: being able to communicate with Japanese members without translator and communicate.
