• Arrange manpower for production line every day.
• Monitor and react to increase productivity.
• Investigate and make corrective action for internal claims and customer claims.
• Monitor and react delay situation.
• Management quality
• Control 5S and Safety in production line.
• Implement training in production.

• Management quality ability.
• Experience at the same position at least 02 years.
• Good English or Japanese is a must.
• Good Word/ Excel skill is a must.
• Good communication skills.
• Production organization, production planning skills.
• Problems and production conflict solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Honest, hard-working, careful & good team-work spirit.
• Experience in production management is an advantage.
