- You will manage the overall production control (with some support from the head office in the early stages of establishing the plant).
One production leader (Vietnamese) will be under your supervision for process control of the production line and operator training, so you will be mainly involved in cost control and production planning. 
- You will be responsible for yield calculation from materials, quantity data management of good products, and inventory control.
- The reporting line will be managed by a Japanese General Danager (Japanese-English is available).
- During the start-up phase of a factory, we have temporary support staff from Japan.

- Experience in production planning
- Cutting industry experience.
- Japanese or English (internal communication).

- Experience in an EPE company.
- Since the numbers of parts, inventory, products, etc. need to be matched accurately, such experience and people who are good at accurate management are more desirable.
