1. Create effectively Production plan (daily/monthly/rolling 12-18 month forecast).
- Controlling BOM of all products.
- Following up ECO (Engineering Change Order) to make sure to build correct product as instruction of ECO.
- Calculates inventory levels and necessary production in order to arrange delivery shipments.
- Responds to problems in the production plant and initiates actions that allow the continuation of production and deliveries.
- Prepare rolling 12-18 month forecasts based on revenue assumptions / materials supply market/ customer trends to provide consistent performance forecasting.
2. Responsible for proper communication with stakeholders for effective collaboration :
* Sale/Demand:
- Identify customers demand and track sales gaps for forecasting purposes (make-to-order or make-to-stock basis).
*Production:
- Controlling in-out materials and products. Always keeping supplying on time for production lines.
- Ensures that information flow (e.g., machine capacity, packaging unit changes, technical change requests, etc...) is compliance with the terms of the production plan.
* SC/Procurement:
- Track/Issue material requirements based on leadtime & supply capacity to meet production plan.
- Involve feedback and collaborate with the Procurement team when material supply sources are interrupted, or bottlenecks occur to ensure smooth production plan.
* SC/WH & Logistic:
- Effectively controlling inventory.
- Calculate/Control available finished goods inventories and required production for shipment planning & delivery ontime.
3. S&OP(Sales and operations planning)- IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
- Lead and enhance end to end S&OP meeting & IBP process.
- Drive value discussions, scenario planning, risks/opportunities with stakeholders.
- Issue reports and situations based on assigned responsibility.
4. Other general administration tasks assigned.
