- Operate the instant coffee process, understanding the stages the of steps, have ability to detect problems that affect product quality, productivity, yield and demonstrate knowledge to act on problem solving.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate instant coffee process equipment according to procedures and instructions.
- Produce instant coffee as per each product recipe
- Control product quality during production process by analyzing (density, color, moisture and others).
- Follow Labor Safety rules.
- Follow Food Safety rules.
- Do basic shift report.
- Desirable Technical knowledge (pressure, temperature, chemical product care, 5S, continuous improvement, good manufacturing practice, safety work, use computer, word, outlook and excel).
- Reports To The Production Operator will report to Production Supervisor.

*Education:
- Complete high school, specially maths and understand measurement units.
- Able to use computer, word, outlook and excel.
- Desirable Technical knowledge (pressure, temperature, chemical product care).

*Attitude & Skills:
- Sense of safety and personal hygiene.
- Be a good team member.
- Respect the hierarchy.
- Ability to focus on the duties.
- English:
- Not required. Vietnamese CV is possible. It's better to have English CV.

* Preferred Skills:
- Desirable license, ability.
- Forklift, hoist crane.
