- Control and manage each process in charge.
- Train operator of film coating process can perform the operation, cleaning and maintenance the tableting machine.
- Responsible for the management of workers/ personnel in the group, ensure: properly work, capacity and efficient operation, follow procedure strictly, for example: hygiene, production, operate machinery correctly ect.
- Implementation of the assigned production process in accordance with Batch Manufacturing records
- Receive and inspect the quantity and quality of raw materials before production, ensuring sufficient quantity, with appropriate label and complies with standards and regulation.
- Responsible for delivery of products from assigned steps and report output, quantity correctly.
- Carefully follow the forms, batch records as requirement
- Fully record the temperature, humidity, pressure, cleancliness before production, monitor the production process.
- Monitor, carry out the cleanliness of machines, equipment, production room and records of the cleaning process.
- Manage the using of machinery and equipment properly as assigned procedures, operate properly, report any problems arise if there is any issue occurring in the operation of the machinery in charge
- Perform the in-process control during the production process as requirement in Batch Manufacturing record. 
- Prepare the Standard Operation Procedures directly related to the assigned tasks and mission
- Other work are assigned according to GMP regulation or by the Board of Directors.

- Age: Under 35
- Can working in 2 Shift ( Shift 1: 6:00-14:00; Shift 2: 14:00-22:00) - 2 Saturday off/ month
- University degree in Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Chemical, Physics, Mechanical and Electrical and relevant
- Experience in pharmaceutical, food industry or relevant
- Working experiece in clean room environment
- More than 3 years experienced in production management.
- Get knowledge to operate production machines (Preparation, tableting, Film coating.) (pha chế, dập viên, bao phim….)
- Knowledge about GMP, ISO regulation is priority
- Priority for candidates used to work in Japanese company in Vietnam or Japan
- English or Japanese: Intermediate level or above
- Good at computer skill
