On-site management of production departments.
- Management of manufacturing processes based on production plans.
- Management of personnel (There're about 5-8 leaders in the department, mainly in their late 20s and early 30s).
- Cost management.
- Management of production efficiency and quality issues.
- Safety management, etc.
We especially need to improve production system more to Japanese quality.
Reporting line: Vietnamese deputy factory Manager
*The requirements for both leader and manager levels:
- More than 5 years experience in the production department (Any kinds of industries)
- Experiences in production department in FDI (not limited to Japan),
with knowledge which can be utilized for the improvement of the company's production department.
- Male (because this is the work in the on-site production)
- Second language is not required at all.
- Those who can commute by themselves.
*The requirements to manager levels:
- More than 1-2 years experience of Manager in the production department.
Prefer:
- Experienced in management of personnel is welcomed.
- Can commute within 30 minutes to be able to respond to emergencies.
