The Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing the development and production process of new products, ensuring they meet customer requirements and quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with customers, as well as designing and optimizing production processes and equipment.

- Engage in launching new products.

- Communicate with customers regarding new product development
- Requests for confirmation of prototypes and response to feedback
- Prototyping and evaluation
- Confirmation and evaluation of prototypes.
- Analysis of causes and planning of countermeasures when problems occur.
- Equipment and Process Design
- Setup and adjustment of new jigs and machines
- Process design and optimization for mass production
- Document Preparation
- Prepare materials for customer proposals
- Prepare improvement and countermeasure reports
- Prepare ISO-related materials
- Creation of work procedure manuals
